The owner (1972) of the house lives downstairs with her son (2010) and her two dogs/two cats.

GENERAL: The house is origanly built in the fifties. Detatched house with garden in the back. Not for the tenant.Cultivated in 2002. New electricity (2002). Re-examination august 2023.  The roof is isolated (12 cm) 2017. The glass is double. The cental heating is on gas. (condensing boiler 2019) The re-examination of the gas was on july 2023. The boiler has a maintenance contract.There are  thermostatic valves. Thermostat is downstairs. (Weekly schemes) On the first floor we have stone flooring and oiled parquet and carpet on the second floor.

The rooms have furniture.
You have a key from the frontdoor, the bike shed and the student room.

On the first floor there is a closed bike shed where also the waste containers are standing. On the first floor there are 2 studentrooms, there is the shared kitchen and shared bathroom. On the second floor there is one student room with a small kitcheblock with no coocking.

Regulare the cleaning woman is comming to clean the schared rooms and studentrooms. Putting everything away and doing the dishes (no dishing machine) is for the students themeselfs.

There is no washing machine. You can wash your clothes in a launderette in Vorselaar.
There is no possability of holding parties. Alcoholic drinks, cigarettes and drugs are forbidden as using it.

ACCESSIBILITY: 1 km  aerial view of the school. 1.3 km from the school. 16 minutes on foot. 5 minutes with the bike. Bus stop on 500 meter. You can park a car on the parking strip from the street.
