Location:

The residence is a student complex ideally located in Hendrik Consciencestraat in the center of Mechelen. It is also close to Thomas More, the major approach roads to Mechelen and the train station.

Description of the building:

The whole building is built in loft style and has large common areas:
   - 2 communal kitchens that are fully equipped: ample refrigerators/freezers, microwaves, ovens, dishwashers & storage cabinets
   - 2 communal dining areas
   - 2 common relaxation areas with seats, TV, ...
   - 1 patio and a terrace
   - Very spacious basement (bicycle storage, extra sanitary, storage space, 2 common washing machines, waste sorting space ...)

The student house has 18 rooms, each for 1 student. These are spread over 2 separate blocks, with a patio in between. Modern technologies were used in the construction of the student house and the building meets the latest safety requirements for student houses:

   - camera surveillance in the entrance halls and entrances
