I am the owner and manager of these small, carefully built student accommodations in Mechelen. Everything you see here—from the layout to the finishing, the insulation, the bathrooms, the common areas, and the sunny terraces—has been arranged in such a way that I myself would want to live here if I were still a student. I have really thought about what a student needs: a quiet, clean, and warm place where you feel at home, feel safe, and can truly concentrate well on your studies.

That is why the common areas (kitchen, living room, hallways, staircase) are professionally cleaned every two weeks. In each building, vacuum cleaners and basic cleaning supplies are available so you can easily keep your own room tidy. I myself am regularly present in the buildings to check that everything is running smoothly. If you run into me, I would love to hear what you think of your stay. And if something isn't going well or if you think something extra useful could be added (an extra bin, a different type of lamp, …), just let me know—I listen and act quickly.

Above all, I want you (and your parents) to be able to live here with peace of mind. That is why I do not like noisy students and do not allow big parties in the buildings. Peace and study enjoyment come first. The rooms and studios are modern, well insulated (EPC A or B), warm in winter and cool in summer, with pleasant lighting and a cozy atmosphere. In short: a place where you can sit quietly and study in the evening, invite friends without it turning into chaos, and wake up feeling good in the morning.

Parents: I understand that you have mixed feelings when letting your child go. That is why I promise you that I do everything I can to make it safe, clean, and homely here—just as I would want it for my own children.
