This student room (studio) is part of a student house with 18 rooms, spread over 2 separate blocks, with a terrace in between. The front block houses 12 students, while the back block has 6 students (2 per floor). Both blocks have a spacious common area, with 2 large kitchens on the ground floor.Cleaning is done bi-weekly by an external cleaning company. There is a basement level where a washing machine is also available for student use. The building can be accessed from the rear, allowing students to bring their bicycles inside the building.

The studio, located in the back building, has its own shower, sink, and toilet.
