Student house "Leermarkt", located in the very centre of Mechelen, is situated in the middle of the student district.

It's only a few minutes by foot to Thomas More (through park Kruidtuin). Mechelen Central Station is 10 minutes by foot.

We are hosting a mix of Belgian students together with Erasmus students in beautiful and modern student rooms. The student house fully complies to all legal standards such as fire safety, certificate of conformity, insurances, permits, etc.

The six rooms are between 13m² and 20m² and are fully furnished. There is a common kitchen, bathroom, shower, two toilets and a bathtub. There is central heating in the whole building.

There is an outdoor space as well and a private bike shed. No smoking allowed but there is a smoking area outside.
