The student residence is a renovated, cozy building, located in an 8500 m² park area and within walking distance of the college (600m).

A representative is present in the buildings every day to assist residents.

The building has communal kitchens with:

• A final energy bill at the end of the academic year.
• You pay €25 per month, included in the rent, for the maintenance of fire safety equipment,  provision of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, and towels in the kitchen, cleaning and maintenance products available on each floor, a person in charge present every day to clean and maintain the entrance hall, stairwell, corridors, shower, toilet, bicycle storage, and garden. Garbage collection, fire, and damage insurance.
