You will have a compact kitchenette with your own refrigerator, bed, desk, wardrobe, sleek bookends, and a sink. You share the shower and toilets with only four other people.

You can rent a room at an all-inclusive price so that you know the full annual cost in advance.

The common areas, such as the hallways, toilets, and showers, are thoroughly cleaned every week.

Toilet paper, kitchen towels, and dishwashing supplies are always available.

There is a new communal relaxation area with sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a foosball table! 

The student house is a renovated and cozy building,  located in an 8500 m² park area and within walking distance of the college (700 m).

A building manager is available to assist you. He will be happy to help you.

There is a super-fast Wi-Fi network throughout the building and an individual business internet connection in each room with unlimited use and download capacity!

TV connection is possible in every room.
