Geel Novus features 47 modern rooms across two blocks, each equipped with private bathrooms and built-in fridges. The building is not only stylish but also energy-efficient. Behind it, you'll find a bike shed and a serene garden to relax. Parking is, of course, included, and the prime location—just a short walk from both the campus and city center—makes it perfect.

What sets Novus apart is its stunning basement. Forget dark, gloomy spaces—this basement is bright, with large windows letting in natural light. It’s the beating heart of the building, boasting a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and an expansive lounge for relaxing, cooking, or even Netflix marathons.
