- You pay €90 per academic year or €110 for 12 months for the maintenance of fire safety equipment, provision of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, and towels in the kitchen, cleaning and maintenance products available on each floor, a person in charge present every day to clean and maintain the entrance hall, stairwell, corridors, shower, toilet, bicycle storage, and garden.
