Room 109 is available for the 2026–2027 academic year. The monthly rent for two occupants is €650 (including costs for water, gas, electricity and internet/Wi-Fi).

The rooms have vynvil flooring. A spacious work surface is provided under the window. Under the worktop, there are two storage cabinets for study materials. The rooms are further equipped with a single bed and wardrobe. The bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and mirror are modern. All lighting is LED. Consumption of cold/hot water as well as electricity is measured per room.

This is a spacious room of 37 m2 which can also be occupied by 2 students. There is enough space to add another sofa and table.
