• You pay €25/month for the maintenance of fire safety equipment,  provision of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, and towels in the kitchen, cleaning and maintenance products are available on each floor, a person in charge is present every day and takes care of cleaning and maintenance of the entrance hall, stairwell, corridors, shower, toilet, bicycle storage, and garden, garbage collection, fire and damage insurance.
