A final bill at the end of the academic year for energy consumption.
You pay €25 per month for the maintenance of fire safety facilities, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, and towels in the kitchen. Cleaning and maintenance products are available on every floor, and a person in charge is present every day to clean and maintain the entrance hall, stairwell, corridors, shower, toilet, bicycle storage, and garden. Garbage collection and fire and damage insurance with waiver of recourse.
