Additional costs:

A final bill at the end of the academic year for energy consumption.
You pay €90 per academic year or €110 for 12 months for the maintenance of fire safety facilities,  provision of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, and towels in the kitchen, cleaning and maintenance products are available on each floor, a person in charge is present every day and takes care of cleaning and maintenance of the entrance hall, stairwell, corridors, shower, toilet, bicycle storage, and garden.
