The furnished studio occupies the entire attic floor and has a floor area of 50 m2. Built-in cupboards provide more than enough storage space. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator and a microwave as well as the necessary kitchen utensils. Via a miller's ladder you reach the loft bed with a double slatted base and a spacious mattress.

The bathroom with toilet is shared with the owner, who is only present on a part-time basis.

In the beautiful city garden you will find several nice corners to relax.

Through a side door in the front you enter the bicycle shed. If you have a car, you can park it in the street.

The property is well located. The station is nearby. Via the bicycle road you quickly reach the Thomas More campus. Shops and city center are within walking distance. And yet you stay in a very quiet place.
