room: Kamer 305 - ruimere standaardkamer

Room 305 is available for subletting for semester 2 of the 2025-2026 academic year, starting on 1 February 2026. A mattress and desk chair are provided in the room.

This room has a surface area of 21.5 m² and is located on the second floor. The communal kitchen is shared with four other students.

The rooms have vinyl flooring. There is a spacious worktop under the window. Under the worktop, there are two storage cupboards for study materials. The rooms are also equipped with a single bed, a wardrobe and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathrooms with shower, washbasin and wall-mounted toilet are modern. All lighting is LED. Cold/hot water and electricity consumption is measured per room.

The building also has a recreation room with table football, billiards and table tennis. There is a covered bicycle shed and ample parking space around the building.
