This room measures +- 25 m2 has lot more space then a standard room. Occupation by two persons is possible, mainly interesting for Erasmus students. In case of occupation by two students the rent is 500 Euro (excl. charges : 75 euro)
The room can be used by two students
Standard rooms measure about 18 m². The rooms have a soft vynil flooring. Under the windows we have a spacious desk. Beneath the desk you will find shelves to study material. A bed and wardrobe are foreseen. The bathrooms are all with a shower, basin and toilet. All lightning is LED. The comsumption of cold/warm water aswell as electricity is measured per room.
The student house has a large games room and gathering room with a football table, billiard and table tennis.
