room: Kamer 009 - ruime kamer voor 1 of 2 personen

Room 009 is available for the 2026–2027 academic year. The monthly rent for two occupants is €650 (including costs for water, gas, electricity and internet/Wi-Fi).

This room has more than sufficient place for a permanent comfortable stay by two persons.

The rooms all have a soft vynil flooring. Under the windows we have a spacious desk. Beneath the desk you will find shelves to  study material. A bed and wardrobe are foreseen. The bathrooms are all with a shower, basin and toilet. All lightning is LED. The comsumption of cold/warm water aswell as electricity is measured per room.

The student house h as a large games room and gathering room with a football table, billiard and table tennis.
